(Thanks for reading my story :)

 I left you with the belief that I was holding God/Spirit/ All That Is 's feets to the fire and waiting to see if He/ She/ It delivered what was promised, mainly help and support.

Well, congratulations all around...I DID get to cash the check  ~~sort of through the back door, which  I'll explain  later but she  DID follow through on her promise!

 GOOD SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

and THANK YOU, GOD!  

Of course, I  gave her a little help....I kept checking the bank every day until the check was good and cashed it the minute it was negotiable...lol...a little earlier than she expected, seven months after it was promised...but still, she grudgingly said it was okay <smile>

  DID Catwoman's LIFE CHANGE FOR THE BETTER?

DId the fact that this was a page in a " Life Lessons" book,

written by Whoever It Is That Wants Us To Be Happy and tailor-made for her, 

(and me, as it turned out)    

actually get through to her? 

DId she get her "wake-up call" ?

It's Looking GOOD~!

When last I talked to her she was SOBER, employed, and sounded much more in focus, and definitely more in conscious~ happier sounding.

Of course, living in Hawaii is no huge downer...grin.....but that's not the point I'm going to make

 Several weeks ago, in the wake of the Second Tenant Disaster (more about that later)  I  discovered that the antique sofa my Mom gave me which was in the den was saturated in cat urine~~ almost passed out from the odor when I took the cover off to get to the cushions to air them. ACK!!!!!!

My Second Tenant had no pets, didnt even notice, (later you'll iunderstand why...)

so it wasn't hard for me to ferret out the culprit(s).

I emailed Catwoman that night  to share my last discovery and to suggest that since she had the money now (lots of it) she should make it right~~

I got an auto-reply giving me a "better address" for her....apparently she has gotten married!  She had changed her name!  Of course, I'm assuming, ....but it looked like a strong possibility!

At first ===to be perfectly, shamefacedly honest===I was pissed that she had had such great fortune. But therin lies one of my lessons <smile>

I'll admit it, I was jealous...(wasn't I  more deserving than SHE, of all people,  God? I whined to myself. No Prince Charming in MY life, I silently grumbled.  <$ :p(

THEN, I mused, "Wonder if it was that very polite and gentle-sounding  (and conscious and intelligent-sounding) guy ~~who she must have been renting from the last time I called her~~ who answered the phone? the guy I actually THOUGHT about warning ? (and felt guilty that I didn't)

I thought, oh God, ......

THEN, I was given the bigger picture.

        FIrst, My Lessons for review:

In Spirit's good time I will have a perfect partner for me, if that is to be. So get over it. Look forward to being even more grateful down the road.

Be happy for the good fortune of others and have faith. (noted and written down.....)

Forgive yourself if you blame yourself for anything. It was school.

     Secondly,  Catwoman's Lessons: (ruminating...)

This was undoubtedly  Page 2 of the Life Lessons Book for Catwoman, but I'm not sure of the lesson plan...

Maybe, instead of talking about being a good person, Christian, and all that.....she was given a great gift of learning by example, and that God had sent him to her as Lesson #2.  What a great gift.

or.
Maybe, he's a drunk or has an addiction problem (in which case she will have a mirror held up for her to see herself and know it's time for change.

or

It could be that the guy she left behind had shown up and they were both on a drug train to nowhere after tying the knot....

or

Maybe it was option 3 but it was the right time for them to be together for the lessons they needed to work out.

Whichever or whatever the case~~~

 I believe that this is "Catwoman Life Lessons, Page 2" , whichever option, 

in her course to "Getting Back to Happy" taught by All That Is.

After all Catwoman wasn't stupid. Just kind of wandering around in circles like a bull in a china shop, doing damage as she stumbled about trying to find her path to feeling good about her life.

 She's back on the path :) 

SO,        My faith is getting stronger!

I understand more. That is my lesson, that is my gift.

I also realized in working through this I have released all anger.

That,  is a blessing, a state of grace.

 Able to forgive everyone involved, including myself.

Of course, Catwoman has not responded to my request for money to clean or reupholster

but I'll just leave it out there...
