The Tokoni Community Platform

Tokoni Inc. now offers a customized web based tool where brands and organizations can harness the power of community through stories and experiences. It's called the Tokoni Community Platform. The core value of Tokoni has always been founded on the belief that meaningful life experiences and stories will create inclusive communities of users around shared voice, information and involvement.

The Tokoni Community Platform enables brands to create customized social media communities to build brand loyalty and foster a deeper client-customer relationship. By enabling brands to create a two-way dialog with constituents and consumers on the Web, companies and brands can leverage individual experiences, feedback and brand-related stories to better engage customers and increase voice and reach.

The Tokoni Community platform integrates media channels into a one-stop web based portal for brands in 4 distinct ways:

  1. A complete management solution for consumer stories and testimonials.
  2. Resource for turning social-media conversations into consumer insight.
  3. A way to optimize consumer stories and experiences to drive business and brand objectives.
  4. An internal database customized and built around relationship marketing needs.

Customized communities have already been built by Tokoni Inc. for the eBay Marketplace and Meg Whitman, the California gubernatorial candidate.

About Tokoni Inc.

Tokoni, Inc. is a company dedicated to shaping the next generation of social media by creating communities that allow anyone, anywhere, to have a voice.
